Your activities, organised for every application

Log every club, sport, project, job and award once, then reuse the details across essays, forms and counsellor reviews.

About activities list

University applications ask for a detailed picture of what you do outside the classroom. The Activities list lets you log each extracurricular, the role you held, the time you committed and the results you achieved. Entries stay editable, so you can refine descriptions as you learn what each university values.

When you move to Essays or the Application tracker, your recorded activities are ready to reference. Counsellors can review the list during sessions, and you can filter or sort to match the requirements of any form or supplement.

What it does

  • Add activities with structured fields

Enter activity name, category, role, start and end dates, hours per week and a description of your impact.

  • Attach supporting details

Link awards, certificates, portfolio pieces or brief notes that verify each entry.

  • Sort and filter your list

View by category, date range or time commitment to see what stands out for a specific application.

  • Export or copy into essays and forms

Pull formatted entries directly into the Essays feature or copy text for university activity sections.

  • Share with your counsellor

Give your counsellor read access so they can suggest stronger phrasing or spot gaps during sessions.

How it works

  1. Create your first entry

Choose a category, fill in the role, dates and hours, then write a concise impact statement.

  2. Build the full list

Add every extracurricular, job, research project, competition and volunteer experience you want universities to see.

  3. Refine descriptions

Edit wording to highlight leadership, initiative and measurable outcomes as you prepare each application.

  4. Use across the platform

Reference the list in Essays, discuss it in Counselling sessions, and copy entries into the Application tracker checklists.

Who it is for

  • High-school students building a profile

Students who need a single, organised record of every activity for multiple university applications.

  • Applicants targeting holistic-review universities

Students applying to institutions that evaluate extracurricular depth alongside academics.

  • Parents helping compile a complete history

Parents who want to ensure no achievement or responsibility is overlooked before submission.

  • Counsellors guiding activity strategy

Counsellors who review the list to advise on emphasis, gaps and phrasing for each target university.

What you gain

  • No activity forgotten

A single repository means nothing slips through the cracks when deadlines approach.

  • Consistent, strong phrasing

Refine each entry once, then reuse polished language across every essay and form.

  • Faster application completion

Copy ready-made entries instead of rewriting from memory for each university.

  • Clear counsellor collaboration

Your counsellor sees the full picture and can give targeted feedback on impact and presentation.
