About
Purpose-built in the 1970s at the heart of Tsukuba Science City — home to JAXA and dozens of national labs — the University of Tsukuba is Japan's experiment in campus-style, interdisciplinary education. It fields more English-taught undergraduate programs than almost any other national university and is an Olympic-sports powerhouse.
